The location.
We are old people in the eighties. The hotel is not old people friendly - No lift access to the restaurant which is located at the first floor of the old heritage building - my wife could not walk up the high stairs for dinner and they could not bring the food down to the Library because they were busy with a function. Also the wheelchair lift to the lift lobby had broken down - hence we had to up up the steps to the lift lobby (these limitations are NOT clearly stated to potential customers)
