Spacious and accommodating

Couldn’t work the heaters in the bedrooms and a draft coming in from one bedroom window made it very cold

Good location. Great for us having 4 bedrooms. So baby could have their own room.

A little run down, but didn’t interfere with our time there.

The location and where the property sits was great. Plenty of parking

On entering the property, we were immediately greeted by a musky smell. The caravan was very tired and clearly in need of some TLC. The floor was dirty and the bedding looked extremely worn. The kitchen was very basic and several utensils were unusable, having previously been melted. Oven trays full of grease. The kettle switch was also faulty and took a long time to get working each time we tried to use it. The kitchen floor felt unsafe and as though we could potentially fall through it. In the living area, the cushions were covered in stains and generally looked very unclean. On arrival, we had to clean the entire caravan ourselves before we could comfortably use it. We also messaged the owner twice to make him aware of the issues we had encountered, but unfortunately received no response. Overall, the condition and cleanliness of the caravan were very disappointing and did not meet a reasonable standard.
