Awesome location: 10 minute walk to the beach which is very beautiful, calm, white sand beach, multiple eating cafe places around, close to night market, mini mart etc. I didn't rent a bike but I could walk around easily.
Owners are so kind and helpful, always ready to offer help and instruction. I understand that i travel in low season, so they upgraded me to a much better room which is river-front and much closer to lobby than the room i actually booked.
My booking also included unlimited kayak so I did it twice, could ride to mangrove forest as well as straight to the beach, which is super interesting experience and normally it's expensive to rent kayak in Koh kood.
Facilities of the room is great, they provide unlimited water, tea, coffee, beach bags (both waterproof type and also pretty tote bag). The room is very well-built, next to trees and river but no random bugs could get inside once the door is closed, all windows have net. There is also a desk and comfortable chair if you need to work.
The common area has many tables with beautiful river and mangrove view, convenient sockets, nice little clothes shop in the front and very nicely-made cafe. Super cute cats are also big bonus.
There were once a lot of big ants in the bathroom but I guess it's due to rainy season, as soon as I asked for help, they sent cleaners and made it clean and safe to use again.
Better to have a kayak instruction board at the site or maybe a hotline number if guests need help with it.

No tv and did say breakfast was included and on arrival was in middle of renovation so had 1 breakfast out of all my stay
