تم الوصول وتسليمي شقة للمدخنين وطلبت تغييرها .. الأثاث غير مريح ( مراتب النوم رديئة وطريقة تنظيم السرير ووضع الألحفة عليه سيئة .. الأغطية رديئة ) نوع الأثاث عادي جداً .. العوازل سيئة تسمع صوت نزول المياة في المجاري في الغرفة .. تم تنظيف الشقق العلوية تمام الساعة الواحدة فجراً وتسمع صوت المسح والتنظيف في الشقة وتم الطلب منهم التوقف وانكروا وجود ذلك .. عدم وجود استشوار .. عدم ثبات الماء من ناحية السخونة في الماء بالحمامات .. عدم نظافة جدران وارضيات الشقة اذ تجد في الزوايا وتحت الكنب الأتربة وباقي الأوساخ .. عدم وجود الأمان في النوافذ لمن لديه أطفال مما اضطرنا لوضع الأثاث على النوافذ .. عدم توفر الدخول الذكي ما زالوا على نظام المفتاح .. عدم وجود فوط للاستحمام .. عدم توفر الأغطية والمخدات وبعد الجدال تم توفير لحاف ..
