Excellent location and a good sized room with a small kitchen and a lounge area.
Our room was below street level and smelled a little musty. The lounge area was good but the couch was very uncomfortable.

Good location, clean and well organised inside space, livable for a short stay. Surprisingly quiet given the busy local area
As others have mentioned the check-in/entrance process could be clearer and is unnecessarily complicated, a big deal is made of the check in code with the actual front door code hidden in one of the emails.
Main reason for the low score - we booked the particular flat for the outside space/balcony to look out over the Tokyo rooftops, however this was in a frankly disgusting state and was unusable for our trip even with the good weather. The floor is covered with a large carpet/mat which was wet through and made the balcony smell, the cushions were all damp and showing signs of mould, there was algae/mould in the drainage channels/floor. Could be amazing but it was clearly an afterthought, hadn't been cleaned for months and was a real let down
