The Riad was beautiful, it was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent. They also have a restaurant open for lunch and dinner with good Moroccan and Lebanese food choices. But in addition to all of this, what stands this apart is the servicea and attention - the entire staff at all times were attentive to all our needs, above and beyond our expectations. When I was having a bit of a cold, he noticed and immediately offered and made for me a hot drink with ginger, lemon, honey, and spices that helped so much! This is just one example - every time I needed some transportation arrangement they helped me. They assisted with our heavy luggage up and down the tight stairs. The list goes on. The level of hospitality was just simply amazing. I can't emphasize enough how well treated we were during our stay.

One of the best breakfasts we've had in Morocco. The beds are comfortable (not hard, as in most of the hotels) and the rooms upstairs were quiet. WIFI was so good, and I even had an online meeting in the room. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Lebanese music was a bonus too. Would love to come back.

The location was in medina
The room was clean, but the drains made the room smell like a toilet always, we had 1 working socket in the room, which we were given an extension lead. Also we arranged collection from the airport but this failed to arrive leaving us stranded at Rabat airport
