Everything about Dar Lalzohra was top class.
On arrival, i was warmly greeted by Salim at Reception, who immediately served me with delicious mint tea and biscuits, a lovely opening gesture. He later, at all times, proved to be an exceptionally trustworthy and helpful individual, during my stay. As was his equally efficient colleague, Fatima. My initial, and lasting, impression of the dining area, was one of being completely awestruck by it's grandeur and magnificent layout and design. I felt as if i had walked straight into the Palace of the King. Breakfast on the following morning was a delicious feast, everything served by Salim, completely fresh and wholesome. My room was very, very impressive and equally fit for a King! Again, the layout and design were of the highest order and everything that i could possibly need was supplied, right down to the impressive bathrobe, emblazoned with the Dar Lalzohra logo. The shower unit was gigantic and worked a treat and the bed was the essence of size and comfort.
I could wax lyrical forever on this beautiful accommodation. Suffice to say, in conclusion, it was easily the cream of the crop of all the places i stayed during my very enjoyable two weeks criss-crossing Morocco.
An early minor issue in the room was brought to the attention of Management, who promptly acted on it, and it was immediately resolved to my complete satisfaction.
Efficiency of the highest order.

Salim was wonderful! He and the entire staff were so helpful and accommodating.
A bit difficult to get to initially, but we got the hang of it.

The staff was not nice. When we arrived we didn’t t like the room and the employee was a bit arrogant. We decided to leave and then he proposed us another one much better.
