Staff were very hospitable and helpful.
Not having a key to the main external Riad door to access later at night (after 11pm), as this relied on the night shift receptionist being immediately available.
A couple of times I found myself waiting for the door to be opened. It was always eventually opened but sometimes I had to wait. I think this practice of “not having a key” is how security is managed at any Riad where the owners are preserving their security I guess. Just something to be aware of.

We have booked this Raid in Rabat many times for our clients, and the experience has always been very good. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well prepared for guests. Our clients often tell us that they are happy with their stay.
The riad staff are also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They are always ready to assist guests and make sure everything is comfortable during the stay. Because of the good service and the cleanliness of the rooms, we feel confident recommending this hotel to our clients.

travelled for work and the riad was a bit noisy (strange noise from the roof during the first 2 nights, proximity of staff room, strong noise from the basin/pool during a whole day and night and i had to personally report that to stop it)
Having to pay one extra night for early leaving (after 8 nights spent over 13)
