Convenient location, within walking distance of Froghall station which we had booked for Saturday evening. Great location for exploring surrounding area and attractions. House was immaculate and special touch of milk, butter, cakes and croissants left for us .

Location and facilities.
WiFi was inadequate, needs a booster. Uncomfortable sofas in living area.

The house view and having a bottle of Prosecco with the use of the bbq and log burner was a lovely extra touch.
our stay unfortunately was let down by not having any hot water. The host did pop round to try fix it on the first night and said they would get a plumber out the next day, however, this didn’t happen and what was disappointing was the lack of communication that it hadn’t been repaired and we continued to have no hot water throughout the stay.
I would expect somebody who is renting their property out to have emergency boiler cover so a plumber can come out within a 24 hour period. Although they apologised for the inconvenience they weren’t forthcoming with any compensation.
