Er was alleen goede locatie van dit apartement makelijk weg naar de zee en ook moie achterplek met zwembadden en tennispleinen en ook was er heel moeie tuin.

Ik wil mijn ervaring delen met het gehuurde appartement. Helaas heeft het verblijf een zeer negatieve indruk achtergelaten door verschillende grote gebreken:
Bij aankomst was het appartement helemaal niet schoongemaakt.
In de keuken hing er een sterke en zeer onaangename geur.
De keukenladen waren kapot.
In de woonkamer stond een kapotte slaapbank, die niet goed opengevouwen kon worden en eronder was helemaal niet schoongemaakt.
Ook ontvingen wij geen volledige set beddengoed.
Op het balkon, dat uitkijkt op de tuin en het zwembad, was helemaal niet schoongemaakt: de tafel en de vloer moesten wij zelf reinigen.
Andere gebreken waren onder meer: een kapotte ligstoel op datzelfde balkon, een lade in de kinderkamer die stuk was, en water dat niet wegliep in de douche.
Wij kregen geen sleutels voor de tennisbaan, en de sleutels die wij wel ontvingen, pasten niet.
Over het algemeen waren de meubels en apparaten in het appartement oud en versleten, en kwamen ze totaal niet overeen met de foto’s. Het appartement was vies en de meeste dingen werkten niet of waren defect. Ik heb slechts enkele voorbeelden genoemd en kan als bewijs foto’s sturen als u contact met mij opneemt.
Door dit alles hebben wij onze vakantiedagen besteed aan het schoonmaken van dit appartement om enig comfort te hebben, en daarom laat ik deze negatieve beoordeling achter.
Wij vragen om een gedeeltelijke compensatie voor de veroorzaakte ongemakken!
