Appartamento pulitissimo e spazioso, dotato anche di ascensore davvero utile se si hanno bagagli pesanti. noi eravamo una famiglia di 5 persone. Ben arredato, con aria condizionata in ogni stanza, ampio balcone e piano alto. Situato in centro, sotto casa ci sono: negozi, tante bakery e caffetterie, taverne locali in cui abbiamo mangiato benissimo e, per chi non vuole noleggiare l'auto, sempre a pochi metri dall'appartamento fermata degli autobus anche quello che va all'aeroporto. Lo consiglio sicuramente! e la proprietà si è dimostrata sempre molto disponibile. Dimenticavo all'arrivo abbiamo trovato anche acqua e succhi in frigo, biscotti e altri prodotti, un gesto davvero molto apprezzato.
Unico consiglio che mi sentirei di dare è un eventuale forno microonde.

The property was located near shopping and dining, clean and well maintained.
Trouble with the elevator, locked inside of it, had to have the fire department come and open the elevator so that we could get out and quickly get to the airport for our flight back to the US. The elevator is a big negative,, especially when trying to carry luggage upstairs if it doesn't work properly, or getting stuck in it when trying to catch a flight.

Spacious apartment that has been recently renovated. Located just outside old town and main shopping streets, so area is not too crowed, but is still close to many attractions.
Communication with the host was smooth and instructions for checking in and out were very clear.
Turning on the hot water boiler is a bit tricky. It warms up quickly, but you have to get the switch combination right.
Location is good for exploring Heraklion, but as it is located on a big street that goes around the old town, it does get quite loud at times.

Appartamento centralissimo ad Heraklion. Comode due stanze da letto e soggiorno con divano letto. Comoda
Cucina. Presenti tutti i servizi necessari. Staff molto cordiale e preciso nelle indicazioni
Forse un po’ scomoda la lavatrice fuori dall’appartamento. Sicuramente per chi viaggia come noi in auto scomodo il parcheggio in città perché essendo centro storico c’è divieto di parcheggio. Ci vuole un po’ di fortuna o appoggiarsi ai parcheggi privati in zona
