Smoking: We are committed to providing a smoke-free environment. A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for any smoking detected in the apartment. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 18 years or older and present throughout the stay. By booking, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and agree to our terms. Check-In/Check-Out: Your Detroit adventure begins at 4pm on check-in day and winds down at 10 am on check-out day.
