Offering 6 bedrooms, a loft, and 5.5 bathrooms, this Orange Beach vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests. Traditions’ features include a fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a private elevator that accesses the ground floor through the second floor, and an electric vehicle charging station (for an additional fee). What’s more, The Osprey offers even more family-friendly amenities, including a large zero-entry pool with tanning ledges and a rooftop sun deck above the boat slips. Plus, the beach can be found nearby at the Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access, approximately 0.4 mile away. Upon entry to the main floor of Traditions, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room overlooking an expansive waterfront deck. The main floor also offers a powder room right off the kitchen and a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom. On the second floor, guests will find 2 more king suites with en suite bathrooms as well as another master suite and bathroom. The third floor upstairs includes a loft with 2 queen beds and a bathroom accessed from the hallway, a guest room with 2 twin beds, and another guest room with 2 queen beds. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Orange Beach vacation home offers a variety of indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, plus generous flat-screen TVs. Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly prohibited. This home has 6 total parking spaces, 2 parking spaces are to the right of the home and 4 are under the carport. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. Traditions is best booked directly through our website. Important notes: The elevator does not access the top floor. The bedroom with two twin beds on the top floor does not have a closet. You can park 3 full-size vehicles and 3 compact to mid-size vehicles at this home. Please note that there is ongoing construction at neighboring homes in this community. Boat slip: Boat slip #12 is assigned to Traditions. The rental cost is $39 per day. The dimensions are 10x35. The boat lift is an IMM Platinum Series Piling Mounted Lift with 20k capacity. The hull bunks are 20' long. The lift will accommodate a V-Hull boat up to 39' with 4 outboard motors. Boat trailers must be parked off-site at a location of your choosing as trailer parking is prohibited onsite. Overlooking the marina was so amazing with an awesome view! The deck was the perfect space for dinner and coffee in the morning!!

We arrive early coming from LA, I called days before making sure we could check in the lady stated on the phone “yes of course unless someone checks in the day before.” We arrive around around noon. The whole neighborhood looks like a construction zone. There’s tons of homes that are not completely finish. There’s construction workers everywhere, boards in the middle of the road. I called the main office because I see a man in the windows of the home and I have not received my door code yet. I get someone on the phone for them to let me know “i don’t know who told you that you, you can check in whenever but you cannot check in until 2 bc we are installing blinds”. Well okay…. Fast forward to us getting in the home at 2pm. We unload all of our bags and get settled. Put the kids in their room. There’s a barn door on the second floor that can literally slide off the hinges. It fell off once, we put it back on. A child opens the door. It fell on the kid and end up putting a hole in the wall within the first hour of us being at the home. The bathroom was leaking from the ceiling in another room. It’s stated in the description when you rent the home that you get boat slip number “I don’t remember the number” but when I called to confirm that we were told it’s only for owners. My question is why is it listed on the listing then so we had to spend 1k to park our boat for the weekend. For the amount we paid to stay here is highly disappointing. It’s a beautiful home thought!
