There are very few villas in this area of Sarasota. The usual condo style is more like apartments, with the buildings usually two levels or more . Enjoy morning, coffee or happy hours on private patio with mature foliage, bromeliads -wind chimes - singing birds. Sliding glass doors from the kitchen make it easy to eat and entertain outside. The kitchen has granite countertops accented with mother of pearl and marble. - recent Stainless steel appliances and a quiet dishwasher. New kitchen and bath lighting enhance already bright airy rooms. Five Live tropical plants inside the unit will freshen your air. *washer and dryer in unit, , 2 bathrooms, including unusual garden atrium, en suite master bath with walk-in shower. 3 smart TVs with Netflix Amazon and streaming services (And cable TV available in the living room) living room is 50 inch TV and is new June 1. Perfect for this room. Central air conditioning and heat, electrical and Internet, all included. Keyless entry - pristine heated pool and cabana are just steps away... The primary bedroom with the en suite bathroom, has a queen size comfortable bed with new topper, Guest room has two single beds, & both have ample closet storage. Photographs will show each room & description. kitchen is equipped small appliances, dishes, bowls, and different size glasses, ... since I live in the same cul-de-sac anything you need ~I can hop right to it. Sarasota is known as the center of arts and culture ! My community sits in one of the best locations in Sarasota and people are migrating here from siesta key beach area !! Most people use cars or electric bikes, or scooters and there is a bus route nearby Sarasota is one of the most frequently mentioned tourist spots in the country but many people live here all year.. The airport is undergoing expansions to accommodate . It's 15 minutes driving to Villa Siesta from Sarasota airport. ————————- Since the day I put this out for rent, I have Had only 2 0ne month guest. Most planning to move here and came to look at options, to drive around, perhaps purchase , and the longest one was waiting for a house to be built. Some extended their stay -- into the shoulder and Summer-season, which is the delightful Gulf Beach time of year . THEN not only is the temperature of the water a dream, but the accommodation rates change DOWN with the seasons, with the lowest rates being June to September . ————————+ I will start you out with breakfast fixings and then point you towards different types of stores. So you can inventory yourself. When you arrive, I’ll have some snacks for you, filtered water, but in season, we need you to rent the ENTIRE month beginning on the FIRST. Flexible off-season dates are avail.However DISTANCES LIDO BEACH My favorite is 5.2 miles... get there in no time with a Scenic Drive... once there, you can walk to St Armands circle for lunch. Or a dozen happy hours and go bac k to beach ! St Armands 4.6 miles Sarasota Airport 5.2 miles   Sarasota school -Massage therapy. 6 miles ( $ 35 hour! Tipping not allowed. What? Call FAR ahead) And I know another place called Larsens on south Tuttle, trained Massage experts for $64 an hour but you need to book ahead (This is not a commercial place like massage envy Island etc -it’s a chiropractor’s office Ringling Circus Museum ( gotta see this) 5.3 miles The famous Siesta Key Beach 8.5 mi Marietta Mus. of Art & Whimsy 5 mi    Bayfront Marina with lots of boats excursions daytime and sunset 2 miles away free parking MY FAVORITE: 2 miles away, a straight run... you are at the BayFront, I LOVE THIS BAYFRONT PARK, With OLeary' Tiki Bar frequently has music and it's free ....... recently went for a walk at 10:30 at night, .. and it was gorgeous water boats benches views and while not busy there were people there.. I felt completely safe... (tourist brochures also in machines on path to this park)  this "Beach" bar is like a local secret ( see photo) water sports avail there too. Take a glass of wine and walk around this little Bayfront Park. Spectacular. Everytime I do it —I remember why I moved here  Walking distance in the same area is Marina Jacks restaurant a different level an atmosphere and price point valet parking available sometimes yachts pull up here and they dine. (SIGH). Depending on my guests interest and ability, some of these places are walking distance. my 65 year old niece was here this past week and hit many of these places on foot. Most people take cars in Florida Pretty much everywhere. GOLF COURSES !! Pickleball- REGAL cinema Moments away in downtown - . recliner seating - inexpensive. free parking CineBistro ..luxury movie theatre with dining, close by   ZILLIONS OF RESTAURANTS of every concievable cuisine Theatrers, Opera House, Stand up comedy, improv, jazz, late night specials, romantic  TOWLES court, artist community also in downtown, special events there... Main Street area in downtown is hopping! lit trees, outdoor music / bars, - safe walking Biking? The famous Legacy Trail has been finished! Walking distance is the lime Street bazaar open Thurs -to Sat ,funky unique vendor mart, much of it handmade .. music, an outdoor eatery & socializing place. Also, an artist cooperative Gallery across the street from that the Bayfront is practically a straight run 2.4 miles from my door. Famous Downtown Saturday morning POPULAR Market 1.8 miles   Whole Food Market, 1.6 miles.   Jungle Gardens 4.4 miles   Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, .GORGEOUS 2.4 miles away Sarasota Opera HOuse, Beatrice Friedman Symphony center, Players Theatre all shockingly close. Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall .. Big Cat Habitat? yes !  Art Shows.. endless shopping .. So many resale shops you won't believe.. Anna Marie Island, LongBoat Key..  Ride a horse in the Gulf of Mexico   Sail on a catamaran right out of the marina two miles away  Check out the Dolphins the manatees  Then there's also the Mote Aquarium Want some wild nature? alligators ? More birds than I saw in Costa Rica bird wildlife..?  Myackka River State Park, you'll think you are in Ecuador,..$6 ? car entrance ... 19 miles In Sarasota, there is kayaking, mangrove trails, all water sports, and every conceivable boat excursion.. dophins.. manatees..  Yipes I'm getting exhausted writing this.... SUNSETS ? HONEST Sometimes there is a traffic jam going to the beach to see them. Drum Circle on Siesta Key beach  Sun eve (During Covid I don’t know) Bird Key Park..  bring a beach chair, some benches available, great breeze, on the right before st Armands E-bikes Have arrived in Sarasota, and motorbikes, scooters, or regular bicycles. You can get to Venice..Ft Myers..Tampa or St Petersburg on superhighways, for example, the DALI MUSEUM..CHIHULY GLASS…THE IMAGINE MUSEUM but honestly..you might Not want to leave Sarasota there's a free newspaper called the TICKET which is a MUST if you are interested in seeing a collection of clubs and music and theater and entertainment Walking distance is a new Wawa, great new discount grocery store, family, dollar, dry cleaner, nail place, takeout, Chinese food, pharmacy. & Portuguese rest.. Sarasota is on the international traveler’s map
