It is stocked with all essential toiletries, so you don’t have to worry about packing anything extra. * Bath with a Shower * Mirror * Toilet * Towels * Essential Toiletries Experience the peaceful apartment right in the heart of East Stroudsburg’s Crystal street from our cozy studio apartment. We are looking forward to your arrival! There is no designated parking. But no worries, we give both FREE and PAID options for parking in our check in instructions. These units are EFFICIENCY units. There is not a full kitchen. We will charge a $1 fee per water bottle in the fridge if they're used. This unit is located on the 3rd floor. The third floor guests will not have access to the thermostat. This means that the temperature will be kept at a comfortable temperature for all guests, and YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE. We have Blink cameras at the entrance, and exits the units. This only captures the outside entrance, and back door entrance. They will only record when motion is detected. We also do have Minut Noise monitoring systems in the unit to detect noise decibels. This will monitor noise levels at all time House Rules: PARKING We offer free parking! You must fill out the vehicle registration form. If you do not successfully fill out the registration form you can be towed. Please make sure you park in the authorized parking space as shown in the parking instructions. If you extend your reservation, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure you fill out the same registration for to show for additional days. There are no security cameras for the parking lot, we are not responsible for any theft, damages, or fines Limited Parking: Our parking lot has limited spaces available. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Restricted Area: At no time should anyone park in the restricted areas during the hours posted. Failure to comply may result in towing at the owner's expense. Street Parking: If our lot is full, you may look for street parking. Please read and follow all street parking signs to ensure you're parking legally. By booking this unit, you acknowledge and accept these parking conditions. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 10pm-7AM. During this time you cannot be excessively loud. Insubordination of these rules are ground for termination, and also are ground for security fees of $200 to bring a security officer to the premises. OCCUPANCY The home can have up to 2 people in it. Any people more than this, will be charged $75 per any extra guest past 2, and any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave. Locals must contact the host before booking. They cannot utilize instant book, but they must contact the host. SMOKING There is no smoking in the property. There is a $200 per day smoking fee. EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. If an early check in is granted,(2pm check in) there will be a $40 fee. LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at the listing's full price. Late checkout fee: If you are 15 mins late on checkout day, it is an additional $75 fee. If you hold possession of our property for more than 2 hours you will be charged for an additional day. (THIS DOES NOT AWARD YOU POSSESSION FOR THE ADDITIONAL DAY, IT IS JUST A PENALTY FOR HOLDING POSSESSION BEYOND WHEN YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BECAUSE YOU COULD NEGATIVELY AFFECT THE FUTURE RESERVATION AND YOU'LL BE COSTING US FOR HOUSEKEEPERS WAITING AROUND.) The additional day is the base rate without discounts. PACKAGES We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the community and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts. MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general "fix-it" requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the "non-emergency" maintenance category and won't be completed until they've addressed any emergency requests around the property first. PETS We do not allow pets, if a pet is present we will charge a $150 per day fee PARTIES The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200 SECURITY We have on site security. If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee. CLEANING Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $150, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes. EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer. STARTER KIT Starter Kit Provided: We provide a "Starter Kit" that includes basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom supplies, trash bags, and kitchen supplies. This kit is intended to last for a short stay. Guest Responsibility: Regardless of the length of your stay, we do not provide additional supplies beyond the Starter Kit. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may require during their stay. By booking this unit, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Starter Kit Disclaimer. TEMPERATURE You will not have access to the remote to control the AC temperature. The temperature remains at a comfortable temperature.The maximum temperature setting for our AC is only 75-76 degrees. If you wish to have the temperature at a certain temperature, please message us in advance. If you do not message us in advance about the temperature, between the hours of 11:00am -5:00PM we will be able to change the temperature for you, but no remote shall be given. MID STAY CLEANINGS To ensure the best cleaning service during your mid-stay maintenance/clean, we kindly request that you temporarily remove your personal items from the unit. This allows our cleaning staff to perform a thorough job without disturbing your belongings. If items are left in the unit, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during this cleaning process. This policy aligns with standard landlord-tenant responsibilities and ensures that we provide a clean and comfortable space for you to enjoy. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
