Edgewater is a full-service gated resort in beautiful Panama City Beach. It is centrally located, just a short walk from multiple local dining and shopping options and a short ride from Pier Park and St. Andrews State Park. Edgewater features a par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis facilities. While you're here, book a tennis session with our expert and improve your game! There are 11 pools, a children's splash area, multiple hot tubs, a fitness facility, a training studio, and a business center at this huge resort. During the summer, Edgewater's own beach services company offers beach chair rentals, paddleboard rentals, and beach bonfires. During the summer, children can participate in Adventure Zone events. Multiple resort-level dining options are available. Off the main lagoon pool deck you can dine gulf front at Oceans Bar & Grill, grab a slice at Paradise Pizza, and cool off with your favorite daiquiri at Blenders Poolside Bar. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and well-supplied cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, glass-top range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is a peninsular bar with four bar stools on the living area side. The adjacent dining area has a built-in buffet and a table seating four. This flows into the living area with a mirrored wall, sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, side chair, accent tables and lamps. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished balcony with its views of the resort Lagoon pool and Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king-size bed and flat-screen TV and has floor-to-ceiling windows. The updated bathroom has a vanity with sink and storage space beneath and a separate room with commode and garden tub with shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV, with access into a shared hallway bathroom with vanity with lavatory, commode and combination tub/shower. We waited an hour before finally getting ahold of the front desk to get in the condo. I was told the code would be sent to me when the room was cleaned. We were then told that I hadn't paid, which wasn't true. A mess later we got it. This is exactly what I expect from a company owned rental. The toilets hardly flush, the washer leaked everywhere when we tried to use it, and it generally needed a touch up. It worked for what we needed but I will make sure to rent from a personally owned condo next time.

Location was great, pool was great, beach was great but condo was just okay. Would have been great but in need of some repairs and deep cleaning.

Renting the place was easy, it was a great location and we loved the amenities of the resort. However, the cleanliness of the place, especially in this day in age, was below par and there were a few maintenance issues. With all that said, we still enjoyed ourselves and would come back to this resort.

We love this resort! We stayed on the 5th floor and never had to wait for an elevator unlike other places we’ve stayed. The pool was great and quick, easy beach access. My only complaint was the spacing between the bars of all the balcony railings are very wide. Made me very uneasy with a curious 2 year old. However, we would definitely come back! Condo was nice and clean.
