The room and bathroom had been recently renovated. New and clean beds, fresh towels. Lovely view and great location, close to subway and two small but nice supermarkets and a few restaurants. Excellent value for the cost
The room I was allocated was the only one occupied on that floor and there was still renovation work going on. Lift was working but quite old

The towels are a little frayed at the edges. Nothing else was a problem; it's all good.

Location. Near metro and food establishments. Staff are friendly.
Air conditioning in the first floor is not strong enough for the heatwave. I asked for a new room but it wasn’t available. Breakfast option doesn’t have lot of variation.
