About this house rental
Open a bottle of world-class local wine and relax with friends and family around the dining table. Alternatively, retire to the sitting room for a movie on the smart TV with a log fire creating warmth. In the warmer months you kick back in the outdoor furniture under the trees.
This classic timber holiday-home sleeps up to 10 across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, two wood fires, and a full kitchen with coffee machine, all home comforts are provided.
Bedding supplied is one king master bed, two queen beds and four king singles. With a large trampoline, some kids' toys, Netflix and Amazon Prime, everyone will be entertained.
Located near a river junction, your accommodation is less than five minutes' drive to the small town of Spring Creek, or roughly ten minutes to the main centre of Blenheim. There is plenty of off-street parking space down the private driveway including for a boat up to 7m.
Close to the Cloudy Bay Coast including Rarangi Beach, this is an outstanding base from which to explore one of New Zealand's most picturesque regions, or simply take it easy and enjoy this beautiful home.

There are horses in the nearby paddocks at the front and rear of the property, and the stable hand may need to access the property during your stay to tend to them. We do not anticipate this will disrupt your stay.

A beautiful property 10 mins out of Blenheim. Was a good location for work colleagues to relax after a full on day in the office, good layout, plenty of space for all to relax. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, nicely decorated and very peaceful. The gardens looked great, could not get out and enjoy due to being June and only home after dark. Would be very enjoybale in Summer.
Positive feedback - There was not a property folder so needed to contact the agent a couple of times to check for wifi codes. The house was very cold when we first arrived (it was frosty outside), the log baskets next to fire were both empty and had to go hunting for wood. I located in the barn, got the fires roaring and the house warmed up quickly but would have enhanced first impressions if the house was warm or ready to warm. All minor issues but with a premium house these little things go along way to enhance overall experience. A property guide would have been greatly apprecited to advise the above and where things could be located.

Just outside of Blenheim. Very quiet. Large bedrooms. One with en suite bathroom, other bedrooms had to go down the hall to get to the bathrooms. Nice kitchen, pretty well equipped, and with an outdoor grill which was great.

What a total surprise to find in the Marlborough region, a large house with separate accommodation for two if required. I say this was a total surprise as there are no real Hotel options or alternatives locally in such a central position that would've been comparable for comfort. We were there for one reason, wine tastings (which also didn't disappoint) and this house seems to be absolutely ideally positioned. The house was fresh and clean with the photos online depicting exactly what was seen. If anyone is looking for a base to stay while visiting this area look no further.
We will definitely return in the future.
