Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Do not tamper with the pool equipment and pool alarm. ◘ HEATED POOL: Heating the pool is available from November to March. The temperature is set at 82 degrees. Heating fee is $100 per day and must be paid before check-in. ◘ RESIDENTIAL ZONE: Keep the noise to a minimum when you are in the backyard—no loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior. Our home is in a residential area, and we do not want to disturb our neighbors. Quiet time: 10 pm to 7 am. ◘ RENTAL AGREEMENT: The booking guest will receive a vacation rental agreement for review, and it must be signed promptly and before check-in. Failure to sign the rental agreement will result in the cancellation of the booking. ◘ SAFETY DEVICES: We have a front door doorbell camera, and security cameras that monitors the porch and driveway (1), front staircase (2) east gate (3), and west gate (4) and pool system (5). ◘ LICENSE INFO: TDT NUMBER #44222; DBPR LICENSE DWE1306242

The location was fantastic, literally a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute drive. The home is beautiful and neighborhood was very quiet. Would have given 5 stars but the inability to control the temperature inside the house was a let down, the very top floor would get very hot that the guests who slept up there were sweating. Also, the kitchen on the 2nd floor did not have anything for the guest to cook with. ( i.e. pots and pans). Either than that it was an amazing stay and please give them the opportunity to extend their home to whomever decides to go to PCB.

Short walk to beach access even with small children in tow. Lots of restaurants nearby. Convenient outdoor shower kept sand outside! Would highly recommend and stay again.
