This 780 sq ft full one bedroom/ one bathroom/ full kitchen/ living room Casita is cozy and tastefully decorated. It is located in a peaceful new housing development and minutes from the main I-10 & I-303 freeways. You will have your own private entrance while staying at The AZ Sunshine Casita so you can come and go at your own leisure. Our casita is attached to the main home which the home builder calls this “Nextgen” option. The common door between the main home and casita locks off so you have complete and total privacy. When you book to stay in the casita you will be given your own private door code to enter the home with the keyless door lock entry system. With the Cozy town of Verrado less then 5 minutes up the road, this location North of the freeway is PERFECT!! 25minutes from the airport/ 15 minutes from Westgate Area (STATE FARM STADIUM)/8-10 min from NASCAR, SEVERAL spring training facilities within 15 min distance/ 5-6 golf courses with-in 15 min proximity/ 20 min downtown Phoenix /40 min from downtown Scottsdale/ 1 hour 45 min from Sedona/ less then 2 hours from the gorgeous Flagstaff town/ this Casita sits 1 mile North of the l-10 freeway and 3 miles off the new 303 freeway which makes it easy to get just about anywhere in Arizona. Whether your coming for a long weekend, your a traveling professional and want your own living area that’s not in a hotel, or you plan to stay a couple months, this casita has it all and you will feel right at home! The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized fridge, full sized stove, island counter for cooking and pull up a bar stool to have some breakfast. The living area is equipped with a 60’’ Smart TV, and comfy couch (which also pulls out into a queen size sofa couch). The bathroom is good size with a nice walk-in shower. The bedroom is large sized with a barn door entranced HUGE walk-in closet. There is a full-sized washer/dryer in the closet to be able to do all your own laundry (IF YOU EVEN WANT TOO LOL). There is a small side fenced in side-yard area with table and benches to enjoy the gorgeous AZ evenings. You will not regret choosing this quaint and cozy casita when you come to visit AZ. Check-In -4:00pm Check-Out -10:00am (Early check-in & check-out may be available for an additional fee, based on availability. If you are interested in early check-in or late check-out, please reach out as soon as possible) ***Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. This noise policy is strictly enforced. ***ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES IN THE CASITA CONSTITUTES IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF BOOKING WITHOUT REFUND ***Parking is on the street. Ample parking available on the street. ***Casita has NO access to main house backyard/ pool/ etc. (Casita has its own small side yard area completely separate from main house backyard)

Communication was great! The casita was perfect for the two of us! The bed was comfy and the full kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathroom gave us everything we needed for a great weekend! The kitchen had coffee and treats! So appreciated!

This property was in a great area of the city. It was close to everything and not far off of the freeway. It was a nice and quiet area with everything that two people could need. I would stay here again, for sure! It made for a very relaxing stay.

This is a must book property! Our family loved the accommodations. The snacks provided were a perfect touch. Also, Stephanie went above and beyond to help when I left some personal items at the property. I will stay again at our first opportunity!

What an amazing little oasis this BNB is. Designed beautifully, you immediately feel welcomed as you walk in. Stunning Casita has everything you will need, amazing hosts and a lot of privacy. Everything is close enough but far enough to be considered outside of Phoenix. Would highly recommend it for a business trip or a couples get away. We will defiantly be returning!
