Room, breakfast, location, everything! We had a great time and will definitely be back. The staff is also excellent.
Not much other than maybe to update some of the features and maybe to have some more affordable prices. But that is more wishful thinking to be honest.

Parking is small, hard to find a spot. We asked for a room with a single bed but got with two separate ones. Breakfast is good but simple - not so many options. Sun-beds and umbrellas are paid additional

Breakfast and dinner were very good. Location is very convenient, in a walking distance between Portoroz and Piran. Room was clean and tidy. Swimming pool at the ground floor with a direct exit to the hotel beach.
Before driving to the hotel I asked hotel personnel where is the hotel parking, Answer was "come to the hotel first and then you will be directed". This is what we did to find out that this was a wrong advise. Instead I could park at the hotel parking upon arrival, as there were enough space when we arrived and then go with our bags to the hotel. After registration at the hotel all parking lots were occupied and we had to drive around to find another parking 300 meter away and then carry all our bags to the hotel.
Then, in the night, at 3 a.m. we were awakened by a group of young german people who decided to swim at that very time at the hotel beach without taking into account that people are sleeping. These young people were screaming and shouting for more than 1 hour. Unfortunatelly hotel personnel could not do anything and we were forsed to "enjoy" those noises till 4:15 a.m. when swimming session has ended.
At 4 a.m. something at the room entrance door started "clicking" regularly, like electrical switch was going on and off. Finally, at 6 a.m. ventilation in the bathroom started, adding another noise.
