the apartment was huge! the views were amazing. The pool was a proper pool, good for doing lengths and very deep. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment itself was a real highlight, large and spacious, with good facilities and comfortable beds. The location was decent too, with bars and cafes nearby, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to the main old town area, so still easy to get into the heart of things. Pool area had some lovely views and was spacious.
There were several issues that let the place down. Housekeeping was infrequent, our room was only cleaned once in three nights, and despite requesting fresh towels, none were provided. The pool area also needed a lot more attention; there was a noticeable amount of bird mess from the resident seagulls that could easily have been cleaned up, and the area generally felt neglected and in need of some TLC.
A few practical frustrations as well: reception asked for a 150 euro per person deposit at check-in, and card payments weren't accepted for this. Card payments also weren't accepted for food or drinks at the pool area, which felt inconvenient and a bit outdated. Combined with the cleaning shortfalls, it gave the impression the hotel is cutting corners to save costs rather than maintaining standards.
