Well located, clean.
The lady at the reception was not friendly at all when asked about the Breakfeast. It is her job to be friendly and courteous to the guests. It is a repeat task for her to explain how the hotel and restaurant works, but this is her job.

Lovely location, right in the center of town with all the restaurants and bars, and short distance from the beach. Rooms were good a keeping the noise out as well so I was never disturbed. The balcony with the jacuzzi was super nice with the view. Staff were super accommodating and have a storage room with bathroom where I could leave my stuff and change for the beach when I got in before my room was ready.
Air conditioning in our room took a while to cool the room down. Location for some reason was hard to reach by multiple Ubers and I had to walk up to a different part of the street to catch them.

Great location with lovely roof bar and terrace with lots of comfortable seating and all the staff were very friendly and helpful
