What a little gem of a place. The guest house is spotlessly clean with everything you would need to stay. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of Albuferia old town. We would definitely stay here again!
I wasn't overly keen on the bunk beds but as it was a last minute booking due to a cancelled Flight it was adequate for what we needed for 1 night stay.

Location was great The fellow that checked us in was friendly and efficient. The kitchen facilities were clean and well stocked. The patio space was excellentValue was better than expected
Good for a night or 2 but if staying longer we would have wanted to hang clothes etc.

The location is perfect. A minute walk from the amazing restaurants and less than a 5 from the beach through the tunnel.
The room was clean and option is borrowing a beach towel was well received.
The room was quite small, couldn’t really walk around the room for the 2 beds, but we appriciate we were only there for 3 nights. 5 nights+ might have been difficult.
The check in was a bit confusing, needing to go into a shop down the road for the key.
