Everything except pool
Very very small pool and very few sunbeds

The hotel room was amazing. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The view of the beach and sea was gorgeous.
Everything was within walking distance.
I would most definitely stay in the Rocamar hotel again.
The only disadvantage for me is the lack of space by the pool.
But this was just a minor issue.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the staff are very friendly. I want to give special mention to the gentleman welcoming guests every morning at breakfast — I’m sorry I don’t know his name, but he made every morning feel warm and pleasant.
The view from the balcony is lovely, although the balustrade is very high. If you’re sitting on a chair, you can’t really enjoy the view unless you stand up, so you have to choose between comfort or scenery.
It’s nice to have a coffee machine in the room, but the capsules are not included( you must order them at reception). It doesn’t make much sense, considering you can buy a coffee in the restaurant for a similar price and enjoy it with a beautiful view outside.
A complimentary bottle of water is a nice touch, but having to pay for additional bottles — especially with the high cost of the stay — feels unnecessary. The same goes for the room safe. In this day and age, using a safe should be a standard feature, not something you’re charged extra for each day.
The swimming pool is advertised for guests, but the space is extremely limited: only 12 sunbeds for over 80 rooms, plus three sets of table chairs. Alternatively, the pool staff may offer you a place on the floor deck, which is not ideal.
Overall, the hotel has good qualities — cleanliness, friendly staff, and pleasant views — but several extra charges, poor attention to small details, and limited access to advertised facilities take away from the experience.
I booked this hotel mainly because of the swimming pool, but I wasn’t able to use it even once during my 5‑day stay. No matter what time I tried, there were never any free sunbeds. Many guests seemed to reserve them by leaving towels all day, and staff did not intervene or manage the situation. For a hotel that advertises its pool as a key feature, this was very disappointing.In the end, the only option was to go to the beach and pay for sunbeds every day.
The sea view from balcony was my second reason for choosing this hotel and booking room vith the view, but this also did not meet the expectations set by the hotel’s advertising.
Charging a €200 deposit, providing paper cups in the room and bathroom without replacing them, and not washing the coffee cups once used feels very poor — especially for a hotel that uses the word “Exclusive” in its name. It does not feel exclusive at all.
