Stayed in 2 bed villa. Pool location and facilities excellent. Didnt avail of all inclusive for family reasons but any food we had was lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly also.
Only fault we had were the cream coloured sofas in the villa which were a little soiled and grubby.

Service was professional, staff very helpful and nice, kids loved pools, food tasty and plenty, Sofia manager went above and beyond.
Well as neurodivergent people we missed pancakes every day 🤣 the shop offer could be better maybe some basic pharmacy on site- but overall it was not to far away

Clean and spacious apartment with sound proof walls so was quiet at night.
Food at buffet was very good, lunch especially.
Drinks were all quality and no cheap makes.
Staff very friendly in bars and resturants.
Air-conditioning very poor in room, had to use a fan which was very dissapointing, guest relations tried blaming their poor air conditioning on a heat wave which we didnt have.
Swimming pools small for how many people are there and quiet pool not monitored so its never quiet and just as loud as main pool.
Kids club very poor, too many staff and not trained very well as you can notice with their lack of communication and skills with the children.
Theres a paid club for Eddie's and lucas, no children went to Eddie's, why would you pay 10euro for a film night? These sessions are free in a lot of other hotels.
On the website it states entertainment will be in a circus tent but this wasn't open, so the night entertainment was crammed in the resturant with tables still in the way for the children to sit.
