About this apartment rental
Our Palm Valley Condo is a 2 Bed/ 2 Bath, single level unit in the best location, it’s the builders choice looking towards the sunset over the incredible mountains. Enjoy the view from your loungers and outdoor dining nook, we just added a Multi Skillet for grilling, searing and slow braising to our kitchen supply, so you can prepare Breakfast, lunch and dinner outside on the covered patio where you can observe an array of birds. The 2 lakes in front our unit are the only ones visited by white pelicans. The water feature is a delight to fall asleep to and the sunrise views of the glowing mountains and palm trees are one of a kind. It sleeps 4 people comfortably and is a perfect resort getaway for your next vacation. Experience stunning, panoramic views from this beautifully elegant condo on one of the premiere lots in Palm Valley. This one of a kind location faces the green, but golf carts and holes are far on the opposite side so you have rare privacy and enjoyment of the green and views of the magnificent Santa Rosa Mountains, it's a view you won't soon forget! The open floor plan between the kitchen, living room, and greenside patio makes it easy to connect with your group while still providing privacy and downtime in each bedroom. There is a courtyard between garage and kitchen and large glass sliding doors or full wall length windows in every bedroom with either garden view or looking out on of the green.
The master suite features a California king size bed, private courtyard patio, large walk in shower in the bathroom, ample closet space, & restroom with door and fan within the bathroom for privacy.
The second bedroom has a California king size bed, private full bath, & bathtub.
The living room has two sofas and tv that can be out or behind closed cabinet doors of the built in hutch.
Most importantly though, the views of the night sky will have you star gazing for hours and enjoying the amazing clean desert air al fresco spending time together and reconnecting to nature. It’s a true oasis, the landscaping in the complex is stunning, communal citrus trees to pick from and 100s of heated pools and jacuzzis to choose from. Our favorite is right across the street looking out on the Club house and island green surrounded by mountains and sky high palm trees. We are looking forward to host you!

The condo was a god size. There were not many pots/pans to cook even a small breakfast and the interior was dated. The window coverings didn’t open and close all the way. The grounds and location were beautiful and again, the size of the condo was nice. Beds were comfortable, but again the interior was dated and minimal

Had the best time staying at Pia's place. The house was great (spacious kitchen/living room, cute decor, clean, comfortable) and we loved that it was such a short walk to a heated pool and jacuzzi! Pia was such a nice host, she was incredibly responsive and accommodating for our entire stay. Check-in was very easy and getting in/out of the gated entrance was straightforward. Would love to return for our future trips to the desert! Fully recommend!

We came down for a few days of golf and loved the location and the view from the patio sitting outside. This place had almost everything we needed. We did miss not having a bbq. My only suggestion might be to make space in the closets to hang clothes and move some of the flower baskets off the bathroom counters. We enjoyed our visit and would book this place again.

Good location with beautiful outdoor view.Disappointed in some things:-no coffee maker (we purchased one and left at condo)-too many personal items in drawers, closets, shelves inconvenient for renters-dated interior 1980s(?) with analog microwave and older appliances. No BBQ-linens were unsatisfactory needed to upgrade for beds including towels.-less than adequate kitchen utensils (we purchased spatulas etc at store.-no remote control for garage door -small TV in living room
