About this house rental
Once in a Blue Moon do you find a beach home so comfortable for several families with six bedrooms, six baths, two living areas and a sitting room, only ten yards from the beach access, with gorgeous ocean views from two floors, complete with a sparkling pool and hot tub at an affordable price! Only 1.5 miles from shopping, golf, and many fine Outer Banks restaurants. Adjacent to Chicahauk path for bike rides and walks on quiet paths. Home is one lot back from oceanfront on Ocean Blvd. (Rte. 12). Ocean Blvd. must be crossed at designated crosswalk (directly in front of home) to reach beach access.

Sitting room with refrigerator, Foosball table, game table, 32” HD CATV/DVD player. 2 bedrooms (each with King and full bath) 1 with desk, laundry area.
Level 2:
Fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, kitchen towels provided. Living room with large 42” HD CATV, DVD player and built-in wireless Bluetooth with speakers. 4 bedrooms (2 with Queen and full bath; 1 with Twins, 1 with Pyramid bunk - each with full bath accessed from hall, each with HD CATV).
Level 3:
Larger living room with 52" Smart TV which allows tenant to access their own Netflix account, DVD player, video, stereo, card table, sofas, outdoor deck facing ocean.
