The condo was very nice. I was especially impressed with the appliances available in the kitchen. The shower in the main bathroom didn’t drain well but that didn’t affect us too much. There also wasn’t a blanket or pillows available for the pull out bed. Luckily we had brought a blanket with us. Otherwise everything was really good. One recommendation I would make (not a complaint) would be to add a child safety lock to the balcony door. My three year old could easily open it, which worried me the entire time. I used my umbrella in the door track to make sure he didn’t open it during the middle of the night or while we weren’t looking.

House was very nice, clean & accommodated our family of 4 very nicely. We love pelican walk and have stayed twice now. It was our youngest son’s first vacation and he had the best time. Staff was very friendly and property is very well maintained.

This condo has a great view on the 9th floor facing the beach. Sunsets were awesome to watch. The place was very clean when we arrived and had some basic provisions to get us started. The kitchen was well set up with pots pans and basics for cooking. Coffee maker and blender were clean and worked well. TVs are good size, one in the bedroom and one in the living room with surround sound. We were within a few minutes of dolphin cruises and restaurants. The Grand Marlin restaurant was awesome. Check in and out were easy and the staff was friendly. This condo had one bedroom and two bathrooms. The living room and kitchen around the balcony side toward the water. Would definitely recommend this place for a couple looking to get away to the beach.
