They only complain I have is the hallway and the room smelled like bleach too much and made my head hurt a lot

First off I really don’t do motels but for a last minute trip this worked perfectly it was at a decent price as well. Fairly modern and clean. And they expect pets which is a big plus!! The only thing I didn’t like was there was no security. And a few to many homeless people hanging around the property.Overall it was a great choice!!

The location of this stay felt safe and clean. The room was well kept and beds were clean. The only thing that could’ve been better were the floors. When we got to our room the floors were not swept including the bathroom floor so we kept our shoes on; thankfully we brought sandals. Receptionist was friendly and housekeepers were nice. Definitely staying here again when I’m visiting San Bernardino.

We came to go to Yaamava casino which is 5 minutes from the motel. I would appreciate if they had more pillows and better mattresses, feel old .

The hotel was clean but if you're there to get sleep and rest don't bother they do allow pets and the beds make noise because of the base supporting them for the price on a Saturday really isn't worth it I would suggest going elsewhere for a few dollars more they don't offer a microwave nor a refrigerator...

Don't do it! Selected as it was the closest to the casino and next time we will definitely pay the extra in Uber to stay somewhere else because proximity was not worth it No fridge No microwave Towels and sheets had long hairs and we had to request new ones and at 4am the smell of cheap skunky Marijuana was so strong it woke us both up choking on the stench The window although closed you would think it was open due to the amount of street noise that was coming in Terrible stay would not recommend It was truly 1 street down from Victoria to get to San Manuel but for the price you can stay 15 mins away

Clean, bright, newer, great price - and super close to Yaamava. We would stay here again. But bring your own shampoo, conditioner and lotion. They only provide soap for the shower and hand washing.

We will surely come back to this motel 6 property and I highly recommend this to all travelers going to this area. It’s new and cleanliness, services, the property itself and being pet friendly. Loved it. I give this property 10 stars if they have 10 stars or maximum rating. 👍👍

I stayed one night about 2 weeks ago. Why are you asking me now. The only reason is someone at this hotel has stolen my credit card number and fraudulently signed my name. Expedia , please look into this .

The location of the hotel was very bad. I felt unsafe when walking to my vehicle. There was so much noise from the other rooms it was impossible to rest.

Because the building is new, the condition of the property was very good for a Motel 6. HOWEVER, the clientele that this place attracts and the area in which it is located is scary. There were people screaming in the hallway and pounding on doors at 3am. It was truly scary. There’s definitely “stuff” going on at this place! Although the room was minimal (no tissues, no shampoos, rough ass towels, etc), it was nevertheless comfortable and pleasant. I’d suggest to come packing if you plan to every stay at the place.

If you’re not interested in sleeping or using the bathroom, this might be your place. If you are, go elsewhere. The toilet plugged within 20 mins, there were roaches in the bathroom, the walls offer no sound insulation so everyone walking by, talking in the adjacent room or the kids across the hall having a 5am party sound like they’re in your space. At least the WiFi was good enough for me to book a real hotel.

It had a smell. In the lobby. On the second floor. In the room. The room was very clean but it did not smell clean. I. The lobby was almost intolerable. But I’m sensitive to odors.

We stood the night on Saturday, October 14 came back from the casino at 2:30 AM. Got ready to go to bed. We noticed that your band was playing loud music. Call the front office to complain. No answer the band didn’t stop playing music till 5:30 in the morning. So, of course Both myself and my husband to not get any sleep. Slept maybe two hours to three hours got up, took a quick shower and left so we could go home and finally sleep was very upset. I’m looking for a full refund.
