Excellent location and plenty of space.
Single beds were uncomfortable, slept on the large sofas.

It was a lovely place very quiet location. 2 minutes from the beach which was good especially with kids. We took a we drive to forest park an stuff was lovely house was spacious. Anything i needed help with i just had to txt owner an he replied right away.
Only thing didnt like. Was the garden with my dog as its not blocked of could do with a we gate or something as dog got out twice.

Excellent location. Very close to the shop/beach.
Spacious apartment.
It is not a beach house as advertised.
It is a ground floor apartment underneath the main house . Bins from the house left outside the apartment and grubby so flies constantly getting into the apartment.
Double bedroom has no window. There is sliding doors in the twin room and large sitting room.
TV in main sitting room never worked despite following instructions.
No views of the sea despite a photograph showing one.. quite misleading. However after travelling three hours to get there not much we could do.
Not very clean. A deep clean badly needed. Floors not washed, counter tops dirty .
Sand on the shower floor so obviously not cleaned either. Washing machine and cutlery filthy. We had to wash all before use.
Double bed not comfortable and frame squeaked every time we moved so sleep was difficult.
Check out time was stated as 12pm , later told night before it is 11am and said we could leave at 11.30 as a favour even though it is stated 12pm.
