I would stay at Seaside again. I loved the location and the beach. The pools made it even better.

Awesome pool. Loved that it went up to 6 feet deep. Very nice view. Air conditioning worked great. Landscaping was good. Well kept. Security guard at the gate.

Our room needed a touch up. Our fridge freezer wouldn’t keep things frozen and didn’t make ice very quickly. The 2nd shelf in the fridge was unusable. We finally had to take it out and lay it on the counter because it would fall down. The sliding glass door handle screws were stripped so the handle would come apart. They need to adjust the water heater. It would burn if you wasn’t careful.

Good location and comes with beach access. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Responsive communication from the property.

Although the property was responsive with their communication, there were some discrepancies about the listing. For instance, in the booking.com app, it was advertised that there is free parking available onsite. However, after my stay was paid for and confirmed, I received my check in information via text in which I was informed there is only $50 parking available. I inquired about the free parking that’s supposedly available, but was dismissed and told there’s only $50 parking passes. Additionally, the address of the property is not provided clearly on the listing, even after booking. It only says “Orange Beach, AL” as the property address.
