It was good. I had a great time staying at this hotel. All the basic necessities for a traveller are available. Since I had an event in the same place, it made my life even more convenient from ironing of my clothes to restaurants.

Basement parking, free upgrade of our rooms
Very Disappointing Service
I requested rooms next to each other 3 days before check-in because my toddler would be staying with our nanny. Arun repeatedly insisted there were no available rooms and was very unaccommodating. Fortunately, another Filipino staff member assisted us and immediately arranged what we requested.
Even during check-out, Arun was unhelpful and did not assist us. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service. Management should seriously look into this.
