The location wasn’t the draw for me, it was having the space I needed to be comfortable with my family. Two full bedrooms, three patios, and everything we needed to prepare meals.

It was difficult to see the tv during the day as there were no curtains or ability to adjust the tv away from sunlight. Can’t believe that’s the biggest “downside” of renting here!

Although not on campus it was very close to UT and not too far from eating places. The Property sits atop a fantastic coffee shop. There is a restaurant but I did not try it. Struggled to get in at first with keycode an all but they were on the phone with me as soon as I called to resolve the issue

I would have loved more trash bags for main trash, facial tissues and some hand towels. Bedding for the extra guests was not readily available.
