Amazing location, lovely and comfortable house!

The views were exceptional and the village was located in a lovely area , close to a beach and easy access to Holt and Sheringham. The property is dog friendly, however not fenced off so dogs cannot be secured. There are hares and deer moving around and it was lovely to sit on the patio to look at them.
The property could do with a deep clean, especially the cob webs. Many of the pieces of crockery were chipped and cracked. It feels as if the owners never visit to get an idea of what is really happening at the property. Guidance on how to use the TV etc would have been useful. There were pieces missing from the Henry Hoover and unless you go down on your hands and knees to hoover , there was little chance that the place is hoovered using the hoover. There was mould in the bathroom and cracked tiles, again attention to cleanliness is lacking. Some of the curtain poles are coming off the wall. Water pressure is poor but that is expected with an electric shower. The weather was lovely however there were no fans and the heat upstairs was oppressive. A few fans would really make a difference .

Location location location.
Timbers is in a lovely area with a great pebble beach.
It is near all the coastal areas to visit
It has a fabulous coffee shop on the next steet.
Area quiet.
Comfortable beds.
Small rustic cottage. Is the decor and housekeeping perfect - no but that suited us fine with two dogs. All about the location and feel of the place which was amazing.

Location was perfect.
Fat from cooker hood was dripping on hob. Hob dirty and burn marks all around rings. Teapot had chipped spout and dirty inside, I use loose leaf tea and couldn’t use that. Many plates were chipped. Bathroom had damp spots in bottom corner. Lights didn’t work in hallway and downstairs bedroom. Empty bottle of bleach in bathroom and toilet brush
dirty. Shower glass rusty/ dirty at bottom. Quilt cover on one of single beds had hole in it.
