Pretty good location close to Etihad and Co-op live if you go for matches or gigs.
There were almost no kitchen appliances set up, only 2 cups available. The comforter cover had stains.

We only booked this accomodation on the evening we needed it, after being let down on the day by a cancellation of a previous booking.com booking that had been booked months in advance.
On a Sat night in Aug Bank Hol weekend we were very glad to find it available.
The initial impressions were somewhat rough and ready but the place was excellent value and given that it was likely somewhere we would have otherwise not chosen to stay, it did the job well. The inside was tidy and spacious and the room sufficiently clean. Communication was good, and the car was safe overnight on the street directly in front of the property. Security was good, with codes given etc. Good for the price paid.
The grounds are overrun and require attention. They give off a somewhat derelict first impression.
