Lovely stay!
My room is very clean and tidy. I typically like the brown timber floor, which is very polished and shiny. The window is very firm and good at sound insulation. The community outside is peaceful and quiet, so don't worry!
The house has all kinds of facilities as a home. The landlord himself is a very friendly, cute and cool guy!
Front entrance door needs a key to open, collected from the key box beside the door with passcode. Bedrooms have their own seperated passcode locks for different guests.
There is Room 1 with its own toilet and shower zone inside on the ground floor and Room 2 3 4 on the first floor. My Room 2, has its own toilet,washbasin and shower zone too. Facilites in the toilet are modern and nice, especially the wonderful mechanical ventilation, which is effective and not loud. There is a small desk and a chair in this room. There is a shared toilet on the first floor, a living&dining room and a shared kitchen on the ground floor.
There are some towels and blankets in the wardrobe. There is hair dryer inside the TV cabinet. The bed mattress is nice and is supportive enough for your back. The toilet is very modern and clean. For my room
Laundry machine is located at the kitchen. You could buy very affordable laundry detergents at nearby Asda.
Asda is just less than one minutes away from the house, with a wide range of ready-to-eat food,meat,snacks, drinks, instant food, frozen food,laundry products, stationary,toys,electricals...just having anything you know in a big supermarket.
The sound insulation between different walls of each others room might be a bit weak cuz sometimes I could hear a little bit of someone elses' sound next door. That is not a big problem, cuz generally all kinds of house are like this inside. Since the guests are quite well behaived, don't worry too much!!

The room was exceptionally clean, and the gentleman who was cleaning one room on arrival was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location for the Co-op Arena is great with it only being 30mims away
They say they can accommodate earlier check in if you ask, we asked, but they didn't accommodate.... The room itself is small but more than adequate and very clean, yet the bed was awful with an incredibly cheap spring mattress so we didn't get much rest. Such a shame because a mid range mattress would make all the difference. The door was also a bit loose which concerned us
