Staying at this location was very relaxing and comfortable in a clean, cozy, and neat environment.

The house is very cozy and neat. It was clean and had everything the post stated. If I needed anything I was responded to politely and fairly quickly. It was also very comforting to receive check-ins to make sure my experience was going smoothly.

Dirty and disgusting

Thankfully it was in a private development that had a heated pool at the clubhouse

We where promised a pool heater after numerous calls , to be told that’s not an option anymore , blood stains on quilts and pillows , badly stained carpets , shelf missing in the fridge ,couches where very badly stained with bodily fluids , I’ve rented through VRBO in Florida for 25 years and have never had a problem , I have video and photographs of everything I just stated
