It’s a very nice and peaceful location and the apartment is very comfortable
The major problem we countered is that there are no instructions on pretty much anything. There are extensive instructions on how to leave the property and what not to do but no help whatsoever with regards to how to use the stove the often how to lock the door, etc. Americans are not used to lifting the door handle to lock it, and that can be very puzzling effect that we got to the apartment, the door was left open, because apparently previous occupants were unable to lock it. It took me some time to figure it out, but we did leave the apartments locked regarding the stove that was an absolute disaster. The icons on the stove and often being very little, and it was impossible to figure out how it works after calling I found out that the dishwasher underneath the oven was left on, which is why nothing worked. So how could you know that without instructions it would take no more than half an hour to put together a decent set of instructions and that would make it so much more convenient. Given the very high price of this apartment I highly recommend the owners do that.
