The apartment has beautiful views, which you can enjoy from the private terrace. It also looks modern, though a bit worn down. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash were all provided, which made the stay much easier.
If you face some issues or inconveniences with the apartment you can always reach out to the support personel and they will at least try to resolve the issue so you wouldn’t feel ignored.
If you need fast internet for work or entertainment, be aware that the connection is very poor. However, buying a local eSIM with plenty of data easily resolves this issue and it does not cost a lot.
Having a bedroom and bathroom to myself, I received two sets of towels. If another person were staying, I'm not sure there would be enough, as housekeeping does not replace them.
The street below is quite noisy, so bring noise-canceling headphones or earplugs.
Lastly, while Victoria Cross metro station isn't far, there is a slight uphill walk from the station, which guests with reduced mobility should keep in mind.

The apartment was very comfortable, light-filled, quite, super central (a few minutes walk to the metro and restaurants), and had a lovely outlook over some historic homes.
The bed was comfortable but quite small for a couple (a double bed) so that surprised us as a queen size bed is typically the norm at most accommodation we stay at.

Apartment is clean and bedding is comfortable. Kitchen is nicely furnished. It’s definitely helpful to have a washing machine and dryer. It’s near Metro. Humm cafe is just across the street, where we get our coffee. It’s a nice walk to the secret garden and Kirribilli market.
The water pressure is poor. If one shower is used or the washing machine is running or the kitchen sink is on or toilets flushed, the shower or sink in the other bathroom will not work at all / slow to a trickle. The temperature of the water if you are in the shower water will then either be burning hot or icy cold. We informed the staff of the problem but they were not able to arrange someone to come and fix it during our stay so that's disappointing.
