Wir haben uns für das Eolia Sustainable Design Hotel entschieden, weil die auf booking.com
dargestellten Bilder für unser ausgewähltes „Bungalow mit Meerblick“ unmittelbaren Meerblick und direkte Strandnähe suggerierten. Umso größer war unsere Enttäuschung, als das bereitgestellte Bungalow – gerade in Bezug auf Meerblick und Strandnähe – nicht diesen Erwartungen entsprach. Erst nach unserer Reklamation wurden wir am nächsten Tag in ein Bungalow umquartiert, das den Bildern eher entsprach.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir hier die außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft und das
extrem zuvorkommende Personal.

The location, the lay out of the hotel. The bungalow with little pool. The food was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The path to the bungalow and the beach is not too comfortable. I understand that it part of the concept but for people who have some disabilities it is not easy to walk on. Also there should be some maintenance done. Specially on the paint parts and metal parts.
