i wish it was on location that was not described when i booked you also need to update your pictures on booking .com and inform people about the whats app when they book !!

The rooms have been thoughtfully furnished, with beautiful touches in keeping with the history of the surroundings. As others have said, a real gem of a place and a great stopover. There is a fridge, coffee machine, TV and a lovely shower. The self check in was also very convenient, as was the parking and the pet friendliness. The owners were available and great to deal with.
The breakast is provided at a local bar which is a few minutes drive away.it was ,not an issue for us but just in case anyone was expecting it to be served onsite.

What an absolute gem in the heart of Arpino. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful this B&B was. The views are simply breathtaking, with stunning scenery that perfectly captures the charm and beauty of Italy.
What impressed us most was the cleanliness. Without question, this is the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. The room was immaculate, and it was clear that great care and attention had gone into maintaining the highest standards.
The accommodation was comfortable, welcoming, and beautifully presented, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. Waking up each morning to those incredible views was a real highlight of our trip.
If you're visiting Arpino, I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough. A truly wonderful stay, and we would return in a heartbeat.
