Location. Perfect for walking to the beach or to local restaurants in the old town or port area.

Music event at poolside which prevented us spending time at the pool unless we paid extra 😡

Very clean and well-maintained hotel. The bathroom was modern, comfortable, and nicely designed. We really liked the large refillable soap bottles — a great touch. The bed was comfortable, and although the room was compact, it felt cozy. From the 10th floor we had a beautiful view. The breakfast variety and quality were excellent.

The check-in process took quite a while, and the front desk staff did not speak Greek and had limited English, which made communication difficult. Some of the questions asked during check-in felt unnecessary and a bit too personal. Overall, the reception area seemed disorganized and somewhat unprofessional, giving a poor first impression. Our shampoo bottle was broken upon arrival and was replaced only after two requests within a few hours. The breakfast area can get quite crowded, and the music was louder than ideal. The room was a bit small, and the touch light switches were confusing at first. Shortly after we entered our room right after check-in, someone knocked on the door to check the minibar, which felt inappropriate and quite disruptive. For the price and the hotel’s reputation, the overall experience felt below expectations. There is no parking or partner parking available, and the surrounding area can be quite challenging for parking.
