Great new property at the very heart of Limassol with parking and exceptional staff

The staff ist exceptionally client-oriented, have never seen anything like this before!)) Special thanks to the receptionists Afrodithe, Costandinos and of course, to the manager Vivian! They did outstanding job to address our special needs and situation and provide the best possible accomodation and stay!

New building, very clean, great location- 5 min from Marina and the historic center, great parking!!

Главная претензия к отелю - он не соответствует цене. За 175 евро в сутки в середине января, в самый низкий сезон рассчитываешь получить по крайней мере уверенные 4 звезды. По факту же на протяжении всего проживания приходилось решать бытовые сложности, которые не соответствуют даже 3 звездам. По факту это хостел 2 звезды, если бы он стоит 50-60 евро, то претензий бы никаких к нему не было, но он стоит ненамного дешевле пятизвездных отелей Кипра, по сути являясь хостелом. - очень простая и дешевая мебель, нет ни одного шкафа, ни одного комода; - нет сковородки, нет губки для мытья посуды, нет салфетки для протирки кухни, нет разделочной доски, нет ёмкости для хранения кухонных приборов; - в ванной нет стакана для щеток, нет розетки; нет нормального уклона слива душа - вода заполняет весь пол ванной. Также нет сгонки для пола, чтобы согнать воду в слив; - диван обозначенный как третье спальное место (для ребенка) продавлен и не пригоден для сна; - нет ресепшн - в 19 вечера все уходят до утра, клининг до обеда, потом уборщики расходятся и уборки не будет; - отсутствует свой ресторан; - странная и неудобная система умного дома, где ничего не видно и оч легко ночью включить яркое освещение во всем жилье

The location was just perfect right in the heart of Limassol with the marina and old town walking distance away. The room was very clean and makeup/cleaning services were provided everyday free of charge.The bed was very comfortable. The coffee capsules were a treat refilled every day. The balcony was lovely overlooking the city. The service and staff were super. Zoey was an amazing help. The reception had a beautiful candle smell all the time. Parking was available which was great and necessary for one with car. The rooftop pool was the icing on the cake. Everything was super and I would definitely repeat.

Valua for money, excellent location, aesthetically pleasing

The hotel is right in the heart of the old city, so at night you can just walk to find local restaurants and bars or go to the marina. Everything is within walking distance. We really liked the small pool on the rooftop which is open 24/7 to swim, relax and watch the view. The stuff is very friendly, the hotel is new and has amazing facilities with very nice decoration. The room was very spacious, we asked for twin beds and we got a double bed and a double sofa bed...it was so good that there was space and we were not on top of each other inside the room. I would definitely go back again. Lastly you can order breakfast in the room with a choice of 4 different options and fresh orange juice, which added to our experience.

The only thing that could have been better would be some umbrellas at the rooftop swimming pool. There's no umbrellas and sometimes the heat is unbearable in the middle of the summer

A very beautiful stay in a modern hotel in the heart of Limassol

Everything. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The reception is very helpful and professional. The pool is beautiful. The location is superb and close to everything in the old town.

Friendly staff, brand new everything, huge room, comfy bed, super modern, great location, pool on the roof, reasonable price, car park.

Hooks for the towels and robes would have been great.

Excellent experience - beautiful and modern

The rooms were excellent - clean and comfortable, and well-stocked for the number of guests in each room. The staff was exceptional - they went above and beyond to provide us with the most wonderful service (thank you, Zoe). The check-in process was made extremely simple and though we were checking in well past midnight, someone was available on phone and whatsapp to help us (thank you, Dimitris). The pool area was private and relaxing and the patio area next to the reception was a great hangout spot for our big group. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Limassol!

The room is excellent! Modern and cozy, feels luxury with the design. The reception and the hallway also. The pool is little small but with a cool view. The staff is very helpful with everything. Private safe parking is also perfect for a stay.
