The layout and the cleanliness . The property had everything you would need for a stay away from home.
The steps going up to the property were open grated iron steps and landing. Needs a mat of some sort if you had heels on it would be impossible to walk up them . The key safe is very hard to open perhaps a new one should be fitted

The location and accessibility was great. The flat is modern with all the comforts of a home.

The location is very close to the sea. Access is at the back of the main property and accessed by a road at the rear. Car parking is convenient with a space just for guests. It was very clean with comfortable beds. Good value for money and in a great place to access beaches or just walk along the front.
The accommodation looks onto a garden of another property so to ensure privacy all windows have either a blind or translucent glass. It was not a problem for us really as the accommodation is bright but just to be aware there are no windows to look out of as such.

The location is perfect short walk to beach and not too far if you want to go into town.
A king bed would be appreciated
