Inside
The apartment has been decorated in coastal tones and the lounge/diner displays beautiful views of Falmouth bay from comfy seating for up to four. Unlike the rest of the Bay View apartments, the kitchen is separate and is well-equipped to create delicious meals during your stay.
The principle bedroom has fantastic sea views which can be enjoyed from the king size bed - there is also an en suite shower room, and the second bedroom accommodates twin beds. You will also find a second bathroom with walk in shower, WC and basin.
Outside
Exiting the front door of your apartment and walking straight ahead will take you straight to one of Falmouth's most popular sandy beaches. The Bay View apartment building itself is beautifully kept and doesn't look like your typical apartment block. It is small and has a homely feel. It has been used as holiday apartments for a number of years before having extensive renovations.
Not only are you perfectly located for those lovely beach days, but you're also walking distance to Falmouth's town centre, where you'll find an abundance of restaurants, shops, bakeries, bars and pubs.
There's ample parking but with everything you need less than 10 minutes away, you really can enjoy Cornwall without the car.

The beaches of Falmouth are arguably some of the best places to swim all year round, as well as have a go at paddle boarding and kayaking. Just ten minutes away, Falmouth town is an arty, creative hub with a huge choice of things to see and do. It's worth taking your pick from numerous top fine dining, cafes and takeaways serving some of the best seafood in the county before returning back to your blissful home by the sea.
