The location is fantastic, walking distance to everything. the room was perfect and Katerina was the best! Communication was top notch. We were arriving late and our flight was delayed, got in at 1am and it was not an issue. Check in and out was so convenient. Katerina even left us a sweet gift. I would highly recommend this place. We were there only for a weekend but if I was bringing family, big enough space to accommodate everyone, it has a beautiful kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a larger group. It was perfect for me and my daughter as well. Literally walking to everything, beach, docks to take tours ( highly recommend Symi) old town, shopping and wonderful restaurants. Can't wait to come back!

The location is amazing. So close to the beach, restaurants, 20 minutes to old town! Staff was also wonderful, very responsive and helpful when we ran into issues. Communication beforehand was very easy.
The pull out bed was basically a table in the middle of the couch, ROCK hard, the place was a bit less than advertised, the pictures made it look very nice and new but was not in the best shape. When we arrived, the keys were not in the lock box and I had to call at 2am to have someone come let us in BUT they were very quick and apologetic, the fridge had leaked all over the floor upon arrival, someone was out the next day to fix it, the safe had been left closed and locked, someone came to fix it. Very helpful in fixing but all issues that could have been avoided to save us the trouble on a trip
