Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Es ist wirklich ein außergewöhnlich gutes Hotel
Da müsste ich ehrlich gesagt, etwas erfinden.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed and decorated, it has a classy and elegant feel with its own distinctive style and charm. The location is great, it’s on a square lined with palm trees and nice eateries and only a block from the beach.
The customer service in the hotel was absolutely top class, and with lovely touches like daily ‘gifts’ in the room, and always friendly faces and efficient help, the kind of customer service where they’ve anticipated what you need before you do.
The breakfast was exceptional, so many options and all of them delicious.
Lastly, the room was comfortable and clean. The bed was large, the TV was ‘smart’ and large, the temperature was under our control and we did like the remote control curtains too!
It would have been nice to have more vegetarian options on the breakfast menu, although they were happy to make me vegetarian versions of the listed options.
There was construction work going on nearby which meant that the balcony wasn’t very peaceful. Not much they can do about that, we either put music on quite loud or just went to the beach where you couldn’t hear it.

Cento Palme, mi a intrecut asteptarile, un hotel cochet, foarte curat, cu dotari ultra moderne, amplasat langa plaja, unde curatenia si bunul gust, seriozitatea, sunt la rang de cinste
Aproape in fiecare zi am avut surprize placute din partea hotelului, vin, sampanie, fructe, dulciuri, abia asteptam sa intru in camera
Personal super dragut gata sa te ajute la orice, prosoape schimbate zilnic, curatenie de 2 ori pe zi, rar vezi asa ceva
Mic dejun deosebit, facut in fata ta, bucatari simpatici si foarte profi atenti la detalii, mancarea foarte gustoasa, efectiv iti gateau pe loc ce iti doreai
Nu pot incheia fara sa il amintesc pe Michali, de la receptie o persoana deosebita care rezolva orice problema cu zambetul pe buze, ii multumesc inca odata pe aceasta cale pentru toata amabilitatea si profesionalismul de care a dat dovada si ne a facut sederea deosebit de placuta si lipsita de probleme
In concluzie, vizitati acest hotel, veti fi incantati ca se poate si altfel!
