Location was good, tucked around the corner in Mews. Not far from restaurants, main town and seafront. We were two couples so had everything we needed, including a private courtyard.
Only negative was the sliding wardrobe doors did not work properly, could do with blackout blinds in the bedrooms as very light in the morning (am being picky). The owners asked you to empty fridge etc., before you leave, however this hadn't happened from previous occupants.

Location was great, parking tight but a bonus that they was a space right in Brighton.
The shower knob was a bit odd, maybe just something to show what way to turn the knob for hot and cold, it seemed that cold was in both directions 🤔
A light tlc is probably needed with some aspects, the wardrobes because when we opened the door it fell in so we left it alone. Maybe the cushions outside could be cleaned but all in all was a great little find. Had everything we needed in the kitchen etc

It was a very quiet and fairly central with comfy beds.
It wasn't clean enough to meet usual expectations. The lino in the kitchen was a trip hazard and there was plastic plants bearing dust in every room.
