El apartamento está bien ubicado, y la zona permite estacionar el coche en las inmediaciones, lo cual facilita todo lo operativo (descarga y carga de maletas, por ejemplo). Es muy amplio y luminoso! Inmediatamente después de ingresar ya se pueden apreciar los cuidados detalles de decoración, todos de muy buen gusto... y todo esto se multiplica por miles en razón de la muy amable y ocupada atención de Sergio, quien ha estado atento a cada contacto nuestro, respondiendo siempre en forma inmediata!!!

Very friendly and helpful host, and the appartment was ,ovely, lively, well furnished and in good design.
From the location to the city center whaterfront you'll walk for 20, even 30 minutes, and the beach is even farther, but there is a direct busline to there.
The city is amazingly beautiful and it will impossible not to like it there.
Not much not to like; parking space is limited at the site, but there are some complementary spaces on the street, and iun that part of the city street parking is free.

😊 I stayed in this place with my sister during a short business trip and was very impressed. The suite is recently refurbished, modern, exceptionally clean, and offers a beautiful view. The location made it easy to reach key destinations, while the neighbourhood itself was peaceful and residential. However, dining and grocery options nearby are quite limited.
We hadn’t realised at the time of booking that the kitchen wasn’t accessible. That said, it wasn’t a major issue since we ate out during our stay. Overall, it was fine, and we managed well.
